- Hello, my name is Burcu.
After many years of working as a chef and restaurant owner in Türkiye, I brought my passion for authentic homemade food to the United Kingdom. Since 2021, B&Dreams Bakery has been creating freshly prepared Turkish and international favourites for cafés, restaurants, private events and special occasions.
We are proud to have maintained a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating for several consecutive years, reflecting our commitment to quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Our menu includes handcrafted cheesecakes, baklava, pancakes, cupcakes, celebration cakes, handmade börek varieties, traditional gözleme, lahmacun, vegetarian çiğ köfte, stuffed vine leaves, Turkish meze selections and many other homemade specialities.
We also supply wholesale products to cafés and restaurants, while creating bespoke menus and custom orders tailored to our customers’ needs.
